This policy applies to orders placed directly through carrie.world. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
30 Day Returns
Unopened, unused product in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Shipping costs are non refundable, and the customer covers return postage using a tracked service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We may refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
Quality and Safety Issues
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, or has a genuine quality or safety issue such as mold, contamination, or a damaged pouch, we will replace it or refund it in full, including return postage. Contact us with your order number and a video of the issue.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First time customers buying direct from carrie.world can claim a full refund if their dog does not improve in 60 days, provided the claim is made within 60 days of delivery. This is one 60-day window, not a trial period plus a separate return period. Limited to one claim per person, household, email address, payment method, and IP address. The unused, sealed portion of the product must be returned. We may decline claims where abuse, resale, or misuse is suspected. This guarantee does not extend the 30-day return window above.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email hello@carrie.world with your order number and reason for the request. We will confirm eligibility and return instructions before you send anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product, back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are never refunded.
Not Covered
Opened product outside the Quality and Safety or Money-Back Guarantee terms above is final sale. We do not offer exchanges. Purchases made through third party retailers or marketplaces follow that retailer's return policy, not this one.
We may amend this policy at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.
